Runners experience various pains, aches and injuries associated with high mileage and frequent runs. In particular I, like many runners, suffered from IT Band problems and sore hips.
I had enjoyed relaxing, superficial massages at various fancy spas, but they were not helpful for my training injuries. Once I explained my conditions to Charles and requested special attention to my lower body; he knew exactly what areas to pinpoint. He gave me a deep therapeutic massage on each visit. I have trained for 2 more marathons since then and each time, Charles is ready and available to help me through those difficult months.

In addition to providing a deep massage, Charles takes the time to teach me stretching exercises and even researches ways to help me with my specific injuries. I learned that having a massage on a regular basis also helped. I believe that making massages a part of my regular training routine has minimized my injuries and regular pains. In addition to therapeutic advantages, it just feels good! Charles is a friendly and sincere therapist, who truly cares about making you feel your best.

I would recommend him to anyone, especially athletes, who need special attention."
